Appeal of Coordinating Board of International Association of Friends of Crimea
Today, Russia finds itself at the forefront of the struggle against global neo-Nazism and neo-colonialism – ugly and, at the same time, legitimate manifestation of capitalism. The flagship of these anti-human policies, imposed on the people, are the U.S.A. and Great Britain. For at least two centuries, their elites have used Nazism, racism, and colonialism as tools to ensure their own dominance in different parts of the world. On top of that, it is these states that have become the undisputed leaders in the use of military force abroad. Thus, out of the 193 member states of the United Nations, 177 have had a foot on the ground of a British or American soldier at one point or another in their history.
It must be stated that at present the European bureaucracy is under the full and unconditional influence of the Anglo-Saxon „stewards of war“. Hiding behind slogans of „protection of democracy“ and, in fact, neglecting the national interests of their own peoples, European bureaucrats first supported the coup d’etat in Ukraine, then promoted an openly Nazi anti-Russian regime in Kiev, and now have pumped the Ukrainian Nazis with modern weapons.
The Crimean spring of 2014 is convincing evidence that a way out from under the USA-British dictate is possible. We are convinced that it is Russia that can not only put an end to the tragedy of the Ukrainian people, who turned out to be a „bargaining chip“ in the hands of Washington and its junior partner allies, but Russia can also become an initiator of a new system of international relations, the basis of which is good neighborliness, mutual security, multipolar world that guarantees independence and sovereignty of large and small nations.
The Coordinating Board of International Association of Friends of Crimea strongly supports Russia’s efforts to create such a new, equitable world order – multipolar world can secure world peace and international justice for all nations and peoples.
