The reason for this public address is your permanent repetition that Slobodan Samardzic, Milos Jovanovic and I conducted negotiations with Pristina in Vienna. For this reason, I decided to send you a letter as you like to say.
It is true that we conducted negotiations in Vienna, where we rejected Ahtisaari's plan, which was confirmed by the National Assembly of Serbia, in which the Serbian Radical Party and the Socialist Party of Serbia were also present. On the plan of Wolfgang Ischinger, i.e. We did not want to discuss the Franco-German proposal at all.
Five years after the Vienna negotiations, you accepted Ahtisaari's plan much worse than the one offered to us. For example, we insisted in Vienna that there were 16 Serb-Gorani-Bosniak municipalities, and the Albanians proposed only 10. In total, the territory that would belong to Serbian municipalities would be more than 35% of the territory of Kosovo and Metohija, with the Albanians proposing only 10%. You accepted the proposal of the separatists, so Serbian Municipalities today in Kosovo and Metohija remind them of Indian reserves where they are unable to breathe, where some areas are 2 times 5 kilometers, which is why they have no perspective. It is certain that in the course of time, with a firm stance, our proposals would be accepted where we insisted that, for example, northern Kosovska Mitovica and Zvecan be one municipality with headquarters in Zvecan where we would avoid the split city syndrome. The border was to be the Ibar river. But you don't understand that master. You cannot understand because the southern Serbian province does not care much about you except for trade with the West on the principle – I give you the territory you give me the armchair. The basic gesture of our negotiations was as much Rights and autonomy for the Albanians in relation to Serbia as rights and autonomy for the Serbs in relation to Pristina.
To justify your betrayal as a parrot, you repeat the separation of Montenegro, the International Court of justice in The Hague, the Declaration of Kosovo's independence as if it had something to do with the treacherous Brussels agreement. What does your request have to do with the Serbian judges who took an oath before the Serbian Assembly to swear an oath on the separatist Constitution with, for example, the separation of Montenegro? What is your connection to giving a special telephone code to Pristina with the International Court of justice in The Hague? Nothing at all. There is, and it is called that a great national betrayal has been committed on your part, so far unseen in the history of Serbia.
Today you say that you would come to northern Kosovska Mitrovica, but they do not give you. He came to power in 2012. you can enter the southern Serbian province any time you want. Just like you came in. There was no border or customs. And then you are with your errand boy Ivica Dacic 6. December 2012 it was a classic state border. For five days and five nights, together with my friends in the late years, I slept in a car on Jarinje in order to prevent you from separating Kosovo and Metohija from Serbia. In Brussels for some trifling money you arranged for a tariff to be placed on Jarin and Brnjak. You are selling Serbian national and state interests for a handful of dollars. It is alleged that this money would go to municipalities in northern Kosovo and Metohija.
Forcing Serbs to vote in the 2013 local separatist elections. for years, you introduced them into the legal-political system of the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo. When the Serbs in Kosovska Mitrovica refused to do so under fantasies with their people, you defeated the ballot box and asked the southern wing of NATO for permission to enter Kosovo and Metohija for only 45 minutes to deal with undisciplined Serbs. Master, you are a great scoundrel. At the repeated local separatist elections in Kosovska Mitrovica, along with the KPS police, KFOR, Serbian gendarmerie and civilian Cobras, you called on the Rosa police to guard the ballot boxes. This is their first appearance in northern Kosovo and Metohija. Since then, this formation has been terrorizing, beating, arresting and aggravating the life of Serbs. The Rosu police in the north of Kosovo and Metohija is your political heritage.
I told you that at the negotiations in Vienna we rejected Wolfgang Ischinger's plan, which is in fact a Franco-German proposal that you accepted after so many years. You accepted it in Brussels and confirmed it in Ohrid. Point two of these proposals states that Serbia accepts the independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty of the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo. What a national betrayal. Unseen. You swore an oath to the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia and to Miroslav's gospel that you would protect the interests of the state, and you violated both human and God's laws.
It's been over a year since our debacle in Banja Luka. And the trial of innocent Serbian young men in Pristina began. Behind this whole armed action is you. It is unclear why you sent Serbian young men from the north of Kosovo and Metohija into action who did not even serve the Army, who were not prepared next to trained members from the gendarmerie and Saj-evac. The reason is that if they were members of the SJ or Gendarmerie in front of the face of the West, you would be guilty, and this is how you hide behind innocent and innocent Serbian young men from Kosovo and Metohija.
And that's nothing new. In negotiations with Isa Mustafa in 2016. for years, you accepted that km registration plates should be abolished after 5 years, and after that time you encouraged Serbs in the north of Kosovo and Metohija to keep the blockade. What a hypocrite you are. Let me remind you of 2012. the year when you came to power of the RKS the table of the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo was not in the north of Kosovo and Metohija. And today, under your rule, there are no Serbian tables. What a National Pest you are.
One thing is not clear to me, why you forced 780 Serbs members of the KPS police to take off their uniforms, return long and short pipes and leave their jobs. Supposedly because of the community of Serbian municipalities. It is a whole brigade where Pristina would take a lot of effort to disarm them. You disarmed them without gunpowder grains most likely in agreement with Albin Kurti just like for buses and thus enabled the political elite from Pristina to walk comfortably and safely in the north of Kosovo and Metohija. I don't know, I don't have proof, but they must have bought you something.
In more than 12 years of your rule, you never mentioned the return of more than 250 thousand exiled Serbs. Speak, even if you agree that it is not difficult for you, considering that this is the form of your way of governing. I can't imagine how you could have done that for the murder of Serbian young men in ’98. at the Panda cafe in Peć, you accuse the state security of Serbia. This gave the occasion to your friend Albin Kurti to place a board on the building where the café was located that the murder of Serbian young men was an act of state security of Serbia. To think a little and not listen to Tony Blair's advice, you would know that the killings of Serbian children were a plan and the work of Albanian terrorist groups. When it comes to children, people are the most vulnerable. And let me remind you, as well as the citizens of Serbia, that it is 2000. Serbian children were killed in the village of Cernica near Gnjilane, that a bomb was dropped on the café Bela MI in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica for the month of February, where more than 20 Serbian teenagers were killed. I personally had to amputate due to an explosive injury part of the lower extremity of my young colleague. The murder of Serbian children in Gorazdevac just five kilometers from Peć is the best evidence of my claims.
There's something else in my eyes. Your inappropriate, rude and clumsy treatment of your political opponents. You call them imbeciles, idiots, idiots, you tell them to bask what is below the level of dignity of the president of a country. For those like you, our people know how to say "according to man and talk". Do you have a little homework? You were in the Government of Slobodan Milosevic. And regardless of my attitude towards him, how come you didn't learn statesmanship from him. Civilized and decent communication with those who are not his friends.
And by God what you can see during this time you have become quite rich. See how you wear it, not how you wear it. Пат 2,000 sneakers, tens of thousands of euros each, shopping tours by plane to Milan. You don't drink wine cheaper than a thousand euros per bottle. Our people would say, " there is, there can be." High standard, you have to admit. What financial alchemy is it that you made it all possible for yourself from the president's salary.
I welcome your commitment to the recent peace in Ukraine. But I don't understand how you're going to get it when, as you told The Financial Times yourself, you sold arms to Ukraine for more than 800 million euros. Your sense of gratitude is Strange. The Russian President awarded you the highest Russian decoration Alexander Nevysky, and you sell weapons to Ukraine that kill Russian children.
Much can be written about the extent of your betrayal. Even these days, Serbian driving licenses in Kosovo and Metohija are banned, and there is no reaction from Belgrade. And not only that. At the proposal of the Serbian side, the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo is no longer represented by UNMIK within the CEFTA agreement, but by UNMIK itself. And here you say that you are in a quarrel and conflict with Kurti. How do you slowly but surely round up the statehood of the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo?
I assume that this letter will be answered by the Serbian List whose sole task is to protect the work of Aleksandar Vucic. Therefore, that the letter would not be for long a good part of what I still need to tell you I will leave for my answer.
