The Fifth International Forum „Friends of Crimea – Friends of Russia“ was held on November 15, 2022. Due to the disruption of transport logistics and the difficult political situation it was convened not in Crimea, but in Moscow – at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. About 50 members of the Friends of Crimea International Association responded to the invitation to participate in it, among them many prominent people who make a significant contribution to the strengthening of peace and friendship between peoples, defend the truth about Crimea and Russia, despite the pressure from their own states. Regardless of the Russophobia being stirred up by the West, Clubs of the Friends of Crimea International Association continue to be established all over the world and are already active in 40 countries.
„FRIENDS OF CRIMEA – FRIENDS OF RUSSIA” INTERNATIONAL FORUM RESOLUTION
Moscow, November 15, 2022
We, the participants of the International Forum „Friends of Crimea – Friends of Russia: for Equality and Dialogue – Basic Principles of a Multipolar World“ and members of the International Association of Friends of Crimea, that unites representatives of more than 40 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America,
– On November 15, 2022 in Moscow discussed the matters of current activities of Association and its interaction with other institutions of public diplomacy under conditions of a radically changing world order, related new challenges and threats to Russia, Crimea, to international peace and security;
– Guided by the principles of equality, cooperation, respect for international law;
– Emphasizing the need to promote the consolidation, cohesion, and development of social forces that support these principles;
– Stressing the importance of realizing the right of peoples to self-determination enshrined in the UN Charter in the face of massive and gross human rights violations against those peoples.
– Strongly condemning terrorism in all its forms and manifestations as one of the most serious threats to international peace and security, and emphasizing that the terrorist methods endorsed by the Kiev authorities are becoming systemic in nature,
Welcome and fully support the results of the referendums held in the territories liberated from the Kiev junta in favor of the accession of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to the Russian Federation.
We demand an end to the ongoing aggression of the NATO bloc against Russia in all spheres of public life, especially the ongoing supply of weapons of mass destruction to the criminal regime in Kiev, which are then used for terrorist purposes against the civilian population of the Historic Russia.
Noting the steadfast support of the members of the International Association of Friends of Crimea for the Russian Federation to counteract the neo-imperialist and neocolonial policy of the coalition of NATO countries, the Conference participants agreed on the following:
1. Proceed with establishment of national clubs of Friends of Crimea in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
2. To consider the International Association of Friends of Crimea as an important passionary component of the International Public Movement of Friends of Russia.
3. To initiate and promote the New World Non-Governmental Public Forums:
– For Peace and Equal Security;
– For liberation of the world from Nazism, racism, new forms of colonialism, and global imperialist domination by a Western coalition of states led by the United States;
– For the preservation of traditional values and historical memory;
– For a world that is free from illegitimate economic sanctions and from the violent destruction of free trade and economic/social relations among nations and peoples;
– For an end to the information war and psychological enslavement of peoples by planting in information resources animosity between peoples, lies and slander, falsification of history.
4. Endorse the establishment of the „International Anti-Nazi Movement“ and execution on a permanent regular basis of the International Anti-Nazi Forum
Participants of the International Forum „Friends of Crimea – Friends of Russia“ agreed to forward this Resolution on behalf of the International Association of Friends of Crimea to the key international organizations, ministries of foreign affairs and parliaments advocating a new equitable multipolar world.
