Centre pour les études géostratégiques est une organisation non-gouvernementale et à but non lucratif de l'association, fondée à Belgrade à l'assemblée générale constitutive tenue le 28.02.2014. conformément aux dispositions de l'art.11. et 12. La loi sur les associations ("journal Officiel de la Rs", non.51/09). pour une période de temps indéterminée, afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique, des relations géostratégiques et la préparation de documents stratégiques, de l'analyse et de la recherche. L'association développe et soutient des projets et des activités visant à l'etat et aux intérêts nationaux de la Serbie, a le statut d'une personne morale et qu'il est inscrit dans le registre conformément à la loi. La mission du Centre d'études géostratégiques est: "nous sommes la construction de l'avenir, parce que la Serbie mérite: les valeurs que nous représentons sont établies par le biais de notre histoire, de la culture et de la tradition. Nous croyons que sans passé il n'y a pas d'avenir. Pour cette raison, afin de construire l'avenir, nous devons connaître notre passé et à chérir nos traditions. Les vraies valeurs sont toujours mis à la terre, et l'avenir ne peut être construit dans une bonne direction, sans que de la fondation. Dans un moment de perturbations sur les changements géopolitiques, il est essentiel de faire les bons choix et prendre les bonnes décisions. De laisser aller de toutes imposées et déformé les idées et artificielle des pulsions. Nous croyons fermement que la Serbie a suffisamment de qualité et de potentiel afin de déterminer son propre avenir, peu importe les menaces et les limites. Nous nous engageons à la position serbe et le droit de décider de notre avenir, en gardant à l'esprit le fait que, historiquement, il ya eu de nombreux défis, les menaces et les dangers, que nous avons surmonté. “ Vision: le Centre d'études géostratégiques aspire à devenir l'une des plus importantes organisations mondiales dans le domaine de la géopolitique. Il veut aussi devenir une marque locale. Nous allons essayer d'intéresser le public à la Serbie dans les questions internationales et de rassembler tous ceux qui s'intéressent à la protection de l'état et des intérêts nationaux, le renforcement de la souveraineté, de la préservation de l'intégrité territoriale, la préservation des valeurs traditionnelles, le renforcement des institutions et de l'état de droit. Nous allons agir dans le sens de trouver des personnes partageant les mêmes idées, à la fois en interne et dans le monde public. Nous mettrons l'accent sur la coopération régionale et la mise en réseau des organisations non gouvernementales, à la fois au niveau régional et international. Nous allons lancer des projets au niveau international pour soutenir le repositionnement de la Serbie et de la préservation de l'intégrité territoriale. En coopération avec les médias, nous allons mettre en œuvre des projets qui mettent l'accent sur ces objectifs. Nous allons organiser l'éducation du public intéressé par des conférences, des tables rondes et des séminaires. Nous allons essayer de trouver un modèle pour le développement de l'organisation qui permettrait le financement des activités du Centre. Albanian narco-terrorists ravaging UK

Since the 1990s, the United Kingdom has been one of the staunchest supporters of Albanian expansionism (mostly fueled by their unrelenting narco-terrorist tendencies). At the time, London sent its intelligence services to Albania where they worked closely with their American, German and other NATO counterparts to set the stage for a terrorist insurrection in the southern Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohia. The KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army), an Albanian terrorist organization that was based on a volatile mix of radical Islamism and narco-terrorism, was formed with NATO’s direct participation, particularly the UK and US intelligence services.

Владислав Сотировић: Чији су Никола Тесла и Милутин Миланковић?

Након константних и сукцесивних политичких испада са хрватске стране да је поред Николе Тесле и Милутин Миланковић „хрватски знанственик“ јасно је да се овде ради о политици политичког похрваћивања свих великана који по месту рођења потичу са данашњег простора Републике Хрватске али нису етнички Хрвати применом тзв. хрватског државног права. На основу овакве политичке филозофије, сви становници Хрватске морају бити политички Хрвати и сходно томе све што потиче са простора Хрватске мора бити хрватско. Међутим, поставља се питање да ли је оваква терминологија прикладна бар у лингвистичком смислу што такође индиректно покреће и расправе о Хрватима и Србима у свим контекстима укључујући и оне „вечне“ теме типа да ли су Хрвати и Срби исти народ или да ли су сви становници Хрватске Хрвати?

For the elites – London, for the rubbish – the front!

Why are the Russian elites allowed to hide their children from the war?

Russian propagandists have time and again ineptly promoted the case of the Ukrainian elite’s avoidance of war. Kremlin spin doctors do not take into account the young age of many political leaders in Ukraine, which does not allow them to have children of conscription age, or the absence of adult sons. As a result, there are vague stories about the children of local deputies, low-level officials, and others, many of whom are already under the scrutiny of the the NABU and the SBU for their defeatist attitudes. In the end, the whole propaganda case reminds of the Russian proverb about “a log in your own eye”, because in reality it is the children of the higher echelon of Russian power and high-ranking military that are successfully hiding from war all over the world. Some of them, which is not the most flattering description of our Western partners, do not even notice the war and sanctions in the elite Western educational institutions.

Конференция в Австрии: Нарушение религиозных прав, нападение на Украинскую Православную Церковь

22 июля австрийское отделение Центра геостратегических исследований организовало в Вене конференцию на тему нарушений религиозных прав с особым акцентом на Украинскую Православную Церковь в контексте текущих событий.
В Украине на глазах всего мирового сообщества украинские власти уничтожают Украинскую Православную Церковь. Это совместная акция режима Зеленского и Православной церкви Украины, которая находится под патронажем Константинопольского патриархата, а также самого патриарха Варфоломея. Были конфискованы храмы, а священнослужители Украинской православной церкви подвергались насилию и гонениям. Мы являемся свидетелями насильственной оккупации одного из древнейших центров православного мира Киево-Печерской Лавры, заявили организаторы конференции.

Conference in Austria: Violation of religious rights, attack on the Ukrainian Orthodox Church

On July 22, the Austrian branch of the Center for Geostrategic Studies organized a conference in Vienna on the topic of violations of religious rights with a special focus on the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the context of current events.
In Ukraine, in front of the eyes of the entire world community, the Ukrainian authorities are destroying the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. This is a joint action of the Zelenskyi regime and the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, which is under the patronage of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, as well as Patriarch Bartholomew himself. Temples were confiscated, and the clergy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church were subjected to violence and persecution. We are witnessing the violent occupation of one of the oldest centers of the Orthodox world – the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, the organizers of the conference stated.

Конференција у Аустрији: Кршење верских права, напад на Украјинску православну цркву

Аустријски огранак Центра за геостратешке студије организовао је 22. јула у Бечу конференцију на тему кршења верских права са посебним освртом на Украјинску православну цркву у контексту актуелних дешавања.

У Украјини, пред очима целе светске заједнице, украјинске власти уништавају Украјинску православну цркву. Ово је заједничка акција режима Зеленског и ПЦУ (Православна црква Украјине), која је под патронатом Цариградске патријаршије, као и самог патријарха Вартоломеја. Храмови су конфисковани, а свештенство Украјинске православне цркве је подвргнуто насиљу и прогону. Сведоци смо насилног заузимања једног од најстаријих центара православног света Кијево-печерске лавре и њених светиња, навели су организатори конференције.

Упутство за читање: Ко нема времена, стрпљења ни концентрације за увод, нека крене да чита од момента кад се помиње реч Трст. Нек да себи шансу за нове видике. Или можда нек и не чита, није лако данас наћи снаге за концентрисаних 10мин читања.

Има ли данас привлачећих примера за углед да би неко ко није рођењем Србин пожелео то да постане као што је бивало у 19. веку, у доба полета обновљене кнежевине па краљевине Србије? Нема их јер смо ми дуго земља правног безакоња и неког киборг комунизма где је некима све дозвољено, а другима је и основно луксуз. Наши људи не напуштају више Србију због изолације, глади, немања послова. Већином људи одлазе јер у систему нема правде, јер је исти „кумовски и буразерски”, јер виде да су могућности да се човек нормално запосли, да се бави само својим послом, минималне. И што не зна чему да учи децу и како да их васпита да преживе, а да не постану млади отимачи и бескрупоулозни ликови према свему и према сваком. Опет, с друге стране позитивних примера владања, истрајавања и труда дискретних хероја има и данас довољно само нису добродошли да буду део мисли и свести људи. Све што доводи до мењалачко критичке свести из које ће пре или касније изнићи државотворна и конструктивна идеја или покрет, није дободошло у јавној сфери. Народи који знају ко су, чему теже, који држе до речи и идеала и који би да плоде и живе мисао да народ чини заједница умрлих, живих и нерођених, такође, нису пожељни у ово време турбо умирућег глобализма.

Soft Power, Multilateral International Institutions, and Resources

If we are taking into consideration the relations between IR and diplomacy, founded on the contractual relations between the states, it can be argued that soft power in this case mostly depends on the ability of the state authorities to build and maintain international institutions. From the time after 1945, as consequences of the bloody result of WWII, international, transnational, and supranational multilateral institutions and organizations became valued by the international community more and more primarily as a certain mechanism of the rule of international law for the sake to preserve the stability and functioning of the international system in global policy and IR. State authority can achieve soft power within the framework of institutional power, by designing institutions, agenda-setting, or creating the will of the coalition as a whole – like the policy of the USA within NATO, for instance.

US mainstream media easily spread fake news about Russian mutiny

Three weeks after Evgeny Prigozhin’s „march for justice“, Western media outlets remain unable to explain what really happened on June 24th. American journalists and officials do not seem to understand the causes and consequences of the event, failing to create a coherent, useful narrative.

When Prigozhin announced his mutiny on the night of June 23, the West received the news with a combination of surprise and hope. At first, comments were avoided, as there was no way to correctly assess what was happening in Russia. However, Western enthusiasm at the mere possibility of a scenario of political instability in Moscow was undeniable. This became even clearer throughout the 24th, when various media outlets began to spread fake news that Russia would be entering civil war and that Putin could suffer a coup d’état.
