Failed, Jal's attempt to block the so-called administrative crossings. The Association of displaced Serbs largely reminds and smells that it was done in agreement with the authorities in Belgrade. It's a bit like what happened in Banja Luka, but fortunately, this time without casualties. The political handwriting is none other than Aleksandar Vučić.
The demands made are quite justified, but to realize and fulfill these demands requires courage, masculinity and action without political calculations. All this is missing from the president of Serbia. It was enough for Pristina to just cough, and the countries of the Quinta to look at the president of Serbia and immediately stop the blockade. The classic trade of Aleksandar Vucic with the southern Serbian province was done as many times before.
We recently learned that former prime minister Ana Brnabic showed reservations about the Franco-German plan and the Ohrid Agreement, which is why she sent a letter to the EU. A few days later, she pulled that letter. It looks like the president of Serbia. The choice of 17. in December last year, he showed reservations about something he himself accepted and as soon as the election was over, the reserves disappeared. Whatever it is, Serbia and the Serbian people in their history have not had a greater traitor than Aleksandar Vucic. The price of his survival in power is the territory, precisely, 17% of what constitutes the state of Serbia.
However, the blockade itself showed something else. And that is that the separatists in Pristina are very vulnerable to the closure of the roads that lead from Kosovo and Metohija the way of central Serbia, and then further towards Europe. The excessively nervous reaction of ministers in the government of the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo Gervale and Sweden proves this precisely. They talk about the alleged chauvinistic and racist actions of those who hold the blockade and ask the Serbian police to protect Albanian citizens who have the proper documents. The Serbian police were accused of not doing their job. The people's movement of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija "Fatherland" partially agrees with these ministers that the police are not doing their job properly. Because to work, no one could, according to the Constitution and law of the Republic of Serbia, pass through the territory of the state, without having documents issued by the official bodies of the Republic of Serbia. Separatist documents showing Albanian nationals are contrary to the current Constitution of the Republic of Serbia. Disclaimers posted at administrative crossings that the alleged omission of persons with separatist documents does not mean recognition of the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo are a hoax. International law does not know this phenomenon. What still hurts and is vulnerable to the ministers in the government of the self-proclaimed Republic Of Kosovo is the possible ban on goods that go through central Serbia on the way to the southern Serbian province. What hypocrisy. They do not allow goods from the rest of Serbia to come to Kosovo and Metohija, and they like that through the rest of Serbia goods from all parts of Europe reach the southern Serbian province. Even Serbian school textbooks and the press cannot be entered into the territory of Kosovo and Metohija for pupils and students. That is why the story of reciprocity advocated by the National Movement of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija "Fatherland" will remain only a mere letter on paper. The armchair of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is the most important thing in the world. She must not be threatened in any way. Nor is it that Serbian schoolchildren are properly supplied with books and textbooks.
Finally, not related to this topic, The National Movement of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija "fatherland" with full respect and sympathy expresses condolences to the family of Bora Djordjevic frontman of the group Riblja čorba. More after ’99. in the moments when the survival of the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica broke down, Bora Djordjevic and his band often came to Kosovska Mitrovica for free to hold his concert at the technical school. He encouraged the Serbs to stay on their centuries-old hearth and fight for it. For this we are immensely grateful to him. We want to tell him to greet all Kosovo heroes and to convey to them that the situation in Kosovo is similar to when they lived. What is different is that they then had the support of both their church and their state. Today's Serbs don't have that. The Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija are left to themselves. The betrayal is much greater than in their time.
