A mockery of Putin? Don't go to BRICS because of an African polygamist. Why this happened – expert analysis

Written By: Igor Pshenichnikov

The West is making titanic efforts to separate Serbia from Russia. One of the urgent tasks is to prevent Serbia from joining the BRICS and drag it into the European Union and NATO. On the eve and in the days of the BRICS summit, the West staged a big political show in Belgrade with official visits of foreign guests, who allegedly "prevented" Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic from accepting the public invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin to come to Kazan. However, The Wolf there, it seems, did not even plan to go. He has already made his choice.

Avoid going to Kazan
The West, and Brussels in particular, staged a spectacular show about Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's refusal to accept Russian President Vladimir Putin's public invitation to attend the BRICS Summit in Kazan. The saddest part of this story is that the president of Serbia himself voluntarily became the main participant of a show that was offensive to Russia.

Recall that after the Russian president in Vladivostok through Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin publicly conveyed the invitation to the BRICS summit to Serbian leader Aleksandar Vucic, Vucic refused, citing numerous "important meetings" with foreign leaders. Experts have long wondered what might have caused Vucic's refusal to pay attention to Putin and BRICS. The answers received were quite unexpected.

Visiting important guests
Who visited Belgrade during the BRICS Summit in Kazan? We will save the sweetest for the end. Instead of accepting Putin's offer to participate in the BRICS summit, Serbian President Vucic received in Belgrade the prime ministers of Poland and Greece, as well as the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen. She was not lazy to come to Belgrade during the BRICS summit to show that Serbia is not with Russia.

Ursula von der Leyen was proud that the European Union managed to get Vucic to make a public choice in favor of the EU. "For me, the clear message was that the president of Serbia received me, and before that, the prime ministers of Poland and Greece, instead of being in Kazan, it is a clear message," von der Leyen said at a joint press conference with Vucic.

Vucic had to fill all the days of the summit with "important content". And he even managed to fly to Slovakia to meet the Hungarian and Slovak prime ministers.

"Pathetic chatter of excuses"
Feeling that something is happening that goes beyond the understanding of what relations between Serbia and Russia should be, Vucic tried to "explain everything" to President Putin in a telephone conversation.

I was very honest with President Putin. I did not hide it and I said to him: Dear Mr. President, even if it had not been for these visits, it would have been extremely difficult for me to come (to Kazan) because of various things that you know well and, I believe, you understand Serbia well. Serbia is the only country in Europe that has not joined any of the 44 declarations against Russia this year, " Vucic told local journalists.

We cannot say exactly how President Putin understood Vucic's explanation. But what is quite certain is that ordinary Serbs and ordinary Russians still have the "residue".

Not even a precipice, but a firm belief that the Serbian leadership is pursuing an anti-Russian course. It is essential for the West to tear Serbia away from us, whose orthodox people consider Russia their ally and friend at all times and under any circumstances. Including now, during the war in Ukraine.

For the West, Serbia is a hundred times more important than many other European issues. Therefore, during the BRICS summit, the West organized a series of visits to Belgrade by its emissaries, among whom was the highest Brussels bureaucrat.

"If I were a sultan..."
But this was already the highlight of the political show. And the introduction was a formal mockery of Putin's call. On the eve of the BRICS Summit and before the start, 22. in October, Vucic received King Ervatini (formerly Swaziland) Msvati III, who arrived on a state visit to Serbia.

Why does the king go to Serbia with his 11 wives?

Serbian media, deep in reporting on the state visit of the African guest, practically did not hide the sarcasm about the exotic choice of official Belgrade, both the guest himself, and the term of his visit, clearly timed to coincide with the BRICS Summit. and what opposed the BRICS agenda?

He was the last monarch in Africa in 2001. it banned sexual intercourse for all persons under the age of 18. But he abolished this measure in 2005. he married a 17-year-old girl who became his 13th. wife. So far, no source can say with certainty how many women King Edvatini has. 11, 13 or 15?

Serbian newspapers sarcastically asked these questions. The newspaper asked today: "with what Wife Is King Edwatini coming? It turned out that Mswati III took with him to Serbia not his wives, but "his next 21-year-old bride, whom he became engaged to the other day, the daughter of former South African President Jacob Zuma".

And Vučić accepted this personnel instead of going to Kazan. Sophisticated mockery of the West against Russia. And most importantly, he took part in it.

Vučić's choice
You can talk as much as you want that Serbia is squeezed from all sides by enemies, and that is why its leadership is looking for a way to save the country. In such cases, we recall the famous idea that choosing between war and shame must choose war. For if you choose shame, you will receive shame and war.

President Vucic's irrational and illogical policy can only be explained by the fact that the West uses certain levers of control of the Serbian President. They may be related to the probable involvement of Vucic and his surroundings in large-scale corruption and other crimes, the publication of which threatens him with criminal punishment and general shame. Much is written about this by "non-systemic" Serbian internet resources, whose data, however, is extremely difficult to verify.

Meanwhile, it has been absolutely proven and described that it is precisely at the bridle of corruption and crimes in recent years that the West holds Vucic's close political ally and friend, the permanent leader of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic. In the Italian court, for example, a case of smuggling cigarettes from Montenegro to Italy has been going on for a long time, in which Djukanovic is the main accused. But as long as Djukanovic obediently leads Montenegro along the "North Atlantic route", criminal proceedings against him will be in a lethargic state. On this hook, Djukanovic introduced Montenegro into NATO and regularly mounted Russophobic campaigns in his country.

Is this the path The Wolf has taken? The West has put at stake the historical spiritual brotherhood of Serbs and Russians. But this brotherhood will certainly not suffer from one person. As for Vucic, however, his Western friends will return as the demons always return to those they have seduced – broken debris and dirt.
