A particularly bad impression leaves the knowledge that opposition MPs are not ready to withdraw from the Assembly and make its decisions illegitimate. They call the citizens to sacrifice, completely unprepared to show it by example. Only in the presence of all these factors would the regime be forced to form a transitional government, remove the media monopoly and democratic elections in six or nine months – says Milo Lompar, professor at the Faculty of Philology and president of the Association "Serbian voice" for victory.
Pobeda: you founded the Association "Serbian voice" that will preserve national values, fight for Kosovo to remain within Serbia, protect freedom of opinion.you are attacked in the regime media, the president of Serbia mentions you as if you were a state enemy. Why are they attacking you?
LOMPAR: it takes a long time. And from the opposing sides of the political spectrum in Serbia. Within the civic organization proclamation, I am called Yes, 24. December 2024, I speak at a panel in Lucani. Since the authorities prevented the rental of any hall, the gathering was held in the evening on the Square, and the temperature was one degree. After my participation in this forum, a media campaign against me began. First appeared, on the portal RT Balkans, 25. in December, a text about "useful idiots", with a clear allusion to being on the side of a student protest. Then, on the portals of Vecernje Novosti and Politika, a text appeared calling me "a useful idiot of the banner of the culture of autohovinism". Speaking at the Center, 25. in December, the president of Serbia mentioned my participation in the panel in Lucani and called me a "useful idiot". On television, 26. in December, in which he again calls me a "useful idiot", he touched the well of his wisdom: "Antonić and Cirjaković wrote two of the best texts I have read in a long time."His statement confirms the two-way relationship between these actors: they serve, he points out. This confirmed a long-standing claim that numerous and long-term attacks on me, on portals and social networks, were instigated from the address of the president of Serbia.
In the propaganda business, it is as if the instruction was given that in every speech I should be called a"useful idiot". Although inspired by a sick fixation, the matter is essentially political. Because I am in favor of the cooperation of the national and civil opposition in order to bring down the Vucic – Brnabic regime as a regime of deadly simulacrum. A man of National Orientation who advocates cooperation with the civic orientation is given the label "useful idiot". As the Proclamation is a civic organization, it is" revealed " that I have endangered the National Orientation. The essential reason is hidden: only such cooperation provides a realistic basis for the fall of the regime. More than that: the National Orientation is given an undeniable basis to fight for its goals in a state of emergency.
As part of the campaign, members of the movement for the defense of Kosovo and Metohija appeared. Unlike me, they did not want to sign a criminal complaint against the president of Serbia for high treason in 2020. There was no proclamation at all. They also did not support the 2024 student protest. This shows that our differences were not created by the proclamation but by the Vucic-Brnabic regime. They were not suspicious of the student protest because of the Proclamation, which allegedly led it, but because of their threatening support for the Vucic – Brnabic regime, whose accusations they repeated and whose media carried their words. Hence, they repeated the syntax of "useful idiot", directly referring to me or unambiguously alluding to me. This, however, was referred to by those whose allusions defined me as a "patriotic pendant" and a "maskier" of the proclamation. In a few days, in succession, in texts or interviews, on portals or television, such were expressed: Slobodan Antonić, Aleksandar Vučić, Zoran Čvorović, Miloš Ković, Vojislav Šešelj. They couldn't name a single word from my speech that could show how I was betraying my earlier views. The goal of the campaign was twofold. They should have concealed that they were against the student protest and tended to force a conversation about the proclamation instead of supporting the student protest. They tried to impose a false dilemma: a wolf or a proclamation. The real dilemma was: Vucic or student protests.
Political leaders stop whining and a choice is made. Hence all their words are in favor of the students or against the regime – "pendant" and "maskirovka". This was the test they chose for the Vucic – Brnabic regime. Why else, under the conditions of anti-regime protest, would one opposition formation attack another, which does not mention it at all? And who, moreover, does not count on the same opposition audience? And in that attack became consistent with the Vucic – Brnabic regime? They gave themselves the right to judge Mme. dare to appear, and Mme. dare not, even though I said what I always say. But those who judge will be judged. There is no better indicator of vulgarity and violence than the effort to manage the behavior of a man who owes them nothing, never asked for anything, who has been dragged by the sleeve to support them on multiple occasions or to help them repeatedly. The same texts are scattered by the regime. Miloš Ković's allusion that I am a" useful idiot "and a" ficus " of the proclamation, presented on the regime portal of the new standard, was transmitted by 1. January 2025, electronic editions of Politika, Evening News, Ert, Kurira, B 92 and TV Pink. It reminded me of the way Party committees dealt with intellectuals in communism or how I was attacked in swarms by representatives of the second-Serbian intelligentsia because of the spirit of self-denial.
They didn't stay either. They also do not like the idea of cooperation between the national and civic opposition in order to bring down the Vucic – Brnabic regime. On the portal of autonomy, 10. in January 2025, as a portal that advocates a second-Serbian ideology, a heritage of titoist opinion and opposes any form of Serbian Integralism, an attack on me appears. And the autonomy is upset to learn that I was a guest on Nova s television and on the proclamation panel. In a rush of unmatched, loyal to other Serbian beliefs and Western (American) interests, 14 tweeted against me. January and academician Dusan Teodorovic, to be in today from 18-19. in January, he wrote an article entitled: "Milo Lompar is more dangerous for the future of Serbia than Seselj."If a man is attacked from opposite directions, there is the possibility that what he is saying is related to the truth. Not most people of a civic orientation without feeling for national values and interests, nor are they part of a second-Serbian ideology; nor are most people of a national orientation without feeling for civic values and interests. With their confrontation, the regime builds its own monopoly in decision-making. Therefore, those who have surrendered Serbian interests in Kosovo and Metohija can present themselves as Patriots. Those who did not oppose this surrender, although it was unconstitutional, are suddenly against the regime because of legality. It's a favorite Game Of The Wolf-Brnabic regime: we lie.
Victory: does the" Serbian voice "threaten the actions of the" Serbian world " promoted by the regime. What is the "Serbian world" for you, in practice we saw that this is an interesting Association of leaders of Serbs from the region who submitted to the regime in Belgrade. How do you see in this context the relation of the authorities from Belgrade to Montenegro?
LOMPAR: it is necessary to abandon the second Serbian (titoist) Matrix, according to which any advocacy for Serbian Integralism is disputed. This was also claimed by the Podgorica regime of the three-decade President. It's not like that. My understanding of the Serbian point of view, explained in the spirit of self-denial, bears all the characteristics of liberal nationalism. It is a theoretical formula that is reasoned, historically validated and authentically Democratic. For it rests on man's freedom of choice: one can, of course, choose another political starting point, but it is not justified to claim that the choice of the Serbian viewpoint is not a democratic choice. It involves an integralist cultural policy. This means that the members of the Serbian people are an inseparable part of the Serbian cultural existence: both in Trieste in HVIA, and in Vienna, Cetinje and Zagreb in HIH, and in emigration in the XX century. It does not follow that these cities were part of the Serbian state. Except for Cetinje, which was the capital of Montenegro, in which the code of Prince Danilo (1855) in 92 articles is precise: "in this country there is no other nationality than the only Serbian and no other religion than the only Orthodox Eastern one". It's not like that today, which doesn't mean it wasn't. The present cultural identity of a people includes the past. Those who choose Serbian cultural Integralism can naturally understand themselves within their relations with their narrower cultural zones, in which contacts with other cultures and traditions take place. This represents a significant moment of the centuries-old polycentricity of Serbian culture. In order to remain faithful to the titoist plantations, by which the Serbian cultural existence was forged, in order to procreate, which led to the attack on the Serbian Church in Macedonia and Montenegro, the second-Serbian critics forged the cultural aspect of my understanding of the Serbian point of view. Because they turned it into a territorial aspiration, even though it doesn't say anything like that in my books. When I supported the proposal to organize the defense of the Constitution of Serbia with a referendum against the Franco-German plan, in April 2023, I was attacked by Pescanik: as an ideological voice of the second-Serbian intelligentsia. And almost on the same day the TV show Cyrillic. This regime megaphone on national frequency gave me a full 60 minutes of insults in various ways: both political and non-political. A convicted friend of the three-decade President of Montenegro, Milomir Maric, called me a "terazian Montenegrin". He had taken over the earlier determinants of the Podgorica regime. Wins: corruption and negative selection are growing in society, and the SNS has been winning elections for 12 years. Are voters intoxicated by propaganda or are they intimidated?
The Vucic-Brnabic regime was created in the cooperation of Serbian populists and other Serbian citizens. The portal of the e-newspaper, the flag of the second Serbian simplicity and pornography, whose Stormtroopers write against me today in autonomy, paved the way for Vucic's coming to power for years: neither Kostunica nor Tadic, especially Metropolitan Amfilohije, were valid for them. The "white papers" action, which brought in 2012. the years until the victory of this regime were led by Vesna Pesic and lawyer Srdja Popovic, coryphees of the second Serbian intelligentsia.
When the Brussels agreement was signed in 2013, Vesna Pesic called Dacic and Vucic – Churchill and De Gaulle. One of my critics welcomed in politics Vucic's adherence to their course with the words: "better ever than never". And 2017. Vesna Pesic concluded that "Vucic is better than nationalist morons". The entire arsenal of Serbian and American goals was achieved in the Vucic – Brnabic regime. This was caused by deception, propaganda, targeted public simplification and political betrayal. Corruption of society is how the regime buys the loyalty of National Voters. It is therefore irresponsible that the National Intelligence has turned into regime intelligence. By not engaging in student protests, despite the visible patriotic mood of the youth, sowing doubts about their political background instead of fighting for their support, it nourishes the illusion that this regime has a national political overtone.
Victory: you supported the revolt of the students. For the first time, all four university towns in Serbia are blocked, the government has not found a way to break the protest. The support of the citizens is great, what are the chances of the student's requirements being met?
LOMPAR: the regime is using disgraceful American support for itself and disrespectful Russian support for the Serbian people. This is a mafia regime and it is not sensitive to moral and political discontent. It is necessary to support the citizens and move towards a general strike. Too much burden was placed on professors, especially on colleagues in high schools. It is necessary to join other ernafis: lawyers, judges, engineers, workers, merchants. Victory: Vucic, with the help of his followers, divided and radicalized society to the brink of conflict. Is the end of his reign near and how will we reconcile?
LOMPAR: in an interview, transmitted by the portal NSPM of 8. in January, an Israeli journalist described the chief media adviser to the president of Serbia. He is known in Israel for spreading false personal information and creating a highly toxic atmosphere that results in a polarized society. This means that his goal is to provoke sharp conflicts in society. This is how the propaganda drive of the Vucic – Brnabic regime behaves constantly. This is supported by the constant confrontation of national and civil opposition. Just as the regime protagonists are dissatisfied with my actions and understandings, so are their other Serbian critics at the same time dissatisfied with these actions and understandings. These two sides form a system of relations that governs our country. They are fighting each other for power. And, at the same time, against anyone who points to the destruction of the system itself. It is a reliable indicator that the political opinion that both sides criticize is completely autonomous. It was my duty to propose what I considered to be healing for society as a whole. If my proposal does not succeed, it is likely that the change of one dominant model to its opposite model will continue: for longer periods. This means that the system of binary opposition remains fully viable: with a growing spiral of violence. The spiritual situation of the Times, brought to the absurd by the self-proclaimed avant-garde, turns into a lever for the oppression of national traditions, held by most citizens. The strong point of the avant-garde is in foreign factors, and the traditionalist in populist self-assertion. Thus society moves progressively-regressingly, zigzagging, down-up, back-and-forth: rotting in all aspects, legal, cultural, professional. Arbitration of foreign factors, which are guided by their own interests (Rio Tinto), is a tab on the scale. It is necessary for the avant-gardists to establish and maintain power; for the traditionalists to establish a sustainable relationship with external factors. I propose a balance between the spiritual situation of the Times and the national tradition. You don't have to be quiet. You need to learn to live with the differences that are significant. In a relatively democratic environment, they remain, as do conflicts, but dissolve in a more normal traffic: intelligence leads ideological disputes, power and opposition clash over the practical contents of life. Where their movements intersect, where a node of an ideological-practical nature arises, it is best to rely on the majority opinion of the people, which is democratically established.
