All that is said in this article we ask you to accept as a good suggestion and a request. We emphasize our desire for the relations between Serbs and Russians to be of high quality and based on essential values. Our good intentions are evidenced by our actions. Because of this attitude, we have been excluded from the media for years, of course pro-Western, but also those partially financed from Russian funds. We don't regret it. We would be sorry if we went over to the side of the occupiers.
Overview of the situation on the battlefield in Serbia and the Serbian Corps in the Balkans. Russian-Serbian relations at the moment contain two components: relations at the political level and relations between the two brotherly peoples. You will allow me to pay more attention to the first group of relationships. The quality of the relations between the political structures of Serbia and Russia burdens the separation between the acting authorities in Serbia and the citizens of Serbia.
Sectors of the special war against the pro-Russian population in Serbia. The main sectors of the special war against the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia are illegal election procedures that are repeated dozens of times, personnel policy that creates room for blackmail and manipulation of persons who make decisions on behalf of citizens, hand over key economic companies into the hands of foreigners, destruction of all generators that fill the budget in order to open space for borrowing in the economic West, open transfer of state property and resources owned by citizens to companies of the collective West, unacceptable donation of state money to foreign companies that cover practically all the costs of their work in Serbia for at least five years (which is only a perfect form of Nazi confiscation during World War II), etc. A special war against the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia is being fought simultaneously on a large number of sectors. For most sectors, there is no correct answer.
Processes of production of anti-Russian attitude by acting in all segments of Serbian society. Interventions in the educational system aimed at creating generations favorable to the West and antagonistic towards the Russians (very similar to the war plan implemented in Ukraine), media terror, special operations in social values with the aim of abolishing the pillars on which the Serbian society and family stand, fragmentation of the family, etc. The result of such interventions is a toxic state in society, which generates two devastating processes: Serbia ranks second in Europe in terms of mortality (behind Ukraine) and a high rate of emigration from Serbia (of course towards the malignant West). Complicity in harmful processes in Serbian society, or non-response to them, is perceived by the pro-Russian part of Serbia as a betrayal and lack of support, Russia as an unreliable partner for achieving freedom, discourages Serbs from action and self-preservation, increases the price of freedom and sacrifice in the Slavic Corps, which is all a large number of points in favor of the malignant West.
The malignant West in Serbia is pursuing a colonial policy according to the Anglo-Saxon model. Serbia is a colony of the collective West, with a form adapted to its geopolitical position, civilizational moment, but with consequences greater than in most of the known colonies. Serbia has been in a war conflict for more than 35 years, and the aggressor is doing actions that bring the population into a state of exhaustion. The malignant West is preparing to use Serbia against Russia, on a similar model as it forced Ukraine. The Serbs do not want to raise their hand against their own Russian brother, but the Serbs no longer have the strength to deal with the special war being waged in Serbia on their own.
Russia's unclear policy for pro-Russian sentiment in Serbian society. Political activists are aware that Russia has a much better insight into the situation in Serbia, but this does not manifest itself through primary or secondary channels of communication towards the citizens of Serbia. In this way, citizens are put in a situation where at the same time they are watching the following scene: in Serbia, political persons are committing daily violations of the Constitution, betraying state interests, harming every family and citizen of Serbia, and on the other hand they are admitted before elections, given space for communication, and given orders. Such processes are in the hands of the malignant West because they erode the support of the Serbian people towards the Russians, atrophy the influx of new members into the pro-Russian part of the community, and buy time for the pro-Western regime in Serbia for new actions that produce new erosion.
The process of conversion of popular Russophilia through political Russophobia. The malignant West is trying to convert centuries-old Serbian (folk) Russophilia through imposed (political) Russophobia. The Serbian people refuse, or hardly accept, such a process. The tool of coercion, by which citizens are forced into such a process, is work. The private sector in Serbia was deliberately destroyed in order to direct the population to jobs paid from the budget (controlled by the malignant West through representatives). Anyone who wants a family, personal accomplishment, and biological survival must accept the conditions under which they get a job. That's why young people self-medicate to fit in and get a job, or change their essence over time to get ahead in the business. The same processes apply to members of the immediate family of employees, which multiplies the impact two or three times. The malignant West conducts the conversion of Russophilia into Russophobia through the abuse of jobs in the State Administration of Serbia, and tax money coming from the pro-Russian segment of the people of Serbia.
Malignant West will not change attitude, whatever they did. The Serbs will remain "Little Russians"until the last in Serbia. Behind the behavior of the malignant West is the same intention that stands towards Russia: to crush Serbia, to eradicate the Serbian-pro-Russian sentiment in Serbian society regardless of the cost (over 70% of society), to eradicate the "Little Russians", all in order to achieve a territorially rounded and politically unique anti-Russian Balkan front. A peaceful Balkan front would allow the malignant West to peacefully plan a major invasion and strike the Russian Federation. The malignant West will not change its attitude towards the Serbs, no matter what the Serbs or the Russians do, and thus a further policy towards them should be projected..
Abuse of goodwill by Russia. At the state level, presidents exchanged decorations that should be a symbol of brotherhood and cooperation. The Russian side showed the initiative and desire to strengthen and deepen this cooperation, and this is indicated by frequent visits of the current deputy prime minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin, to Moscow and his supposedly special status as a man of special trust who enjoys the Russian Federation. Thus, on the surface, and below it, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic gives orders to the ambassador of Serbia to the UN that every time the issue of a vote on condemning the alleged Russian aggression against Ukraine is found at the UN General Assembly, Serbia votes against the interests of the Russian Federation and stands with those who condemn the Russian "aggression" against Ukraine. The tolerance you show to such actions damages the coherence and strength of the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia.
Unacceptable signatures. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has signed every international document declaring Russian President Putin a war criminal and seeking his extradition before the International Court of Justice. At the same time, Serbia also undertook an international obligation to immediately arrest President Putin upon his eventual accession to the territory of the Republic of Serbia and extradite him to the international "tribunal". The tolerance you show to such actions damages the coherence and strength of the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia.
Unacceptable qualifications of a special military operation. The regime in Belgrade, led by Aleksandar Vucic, uses for 85% of Serbian citizens an unacceptable construction of "Russian aggression". It is good to consider that a large number of Serbian citizens do not have access to alternative pro-Russian channels of information. Furthermore, in relation to the public, the regime fosters the placement of patterns of observation, reaction and naming of phenomena. In this way, public opinion adopts the patterns of expression and formulation "planted" by the media and politicians controlled by the malignant West. To such processes, the pro-Russian side must urgently find an adequate response.
We accept humanitarian aid to Ukraine, but not monetary or military assistance.. Aleksandar Vucic has publicly admitted that the Republic of Serbia has so far given the Ukrainian regime financial assistance in the amount of EUR 58 million to protect against "Russian aggression." Furthermore, through third countries, Serbia supplies Ukraine with huge quantities of weapons produced in Serbian factories, which are used on the front against soldiers and citizens of the Russian Federation. In this way, the state of Serbia and its entire leadership, including Vice President Aleksandar Vulin, actively and unequivocally engaged in the war against Russia and the Russian people, and on the side of the malignant West and neo-Nazi forces. It is obvious that such actions are a conscious provocation of the relations between Serbs and Russians, but a way must be found to react to the actions of the regime in Belgrade.
The pro-Russian part of the Serbs is in the iron grip of the occupation administration. The Serbian people unanimously and without reservation condemn such a criminal official state policy of the state of Serbia. However, it cannot change anything, because it is under the iron grip of all coercion and force apparatus, starting from the Serbian Armed Forces, through the police and secret services, to the complete judicial system. This system, for the first time in Serbian history, involved crime. All the aforementioned factors of coercion of the pro-Russian part of the Serbs are under the direct control and command chain of foreign ambassadors of the malignant West, NATO and their secret services. Political killings of opponents and dissidents are common, and daily intimidation, arrests and mistreatment are Serbian daily. The people will maintain their pro-Russian stance even under such rigorous conditions. It is senseless to make such sacrifices, but it is necessary to find the correct answer taking into account all the parameters of the conflict that is taking place in Europe.
Controversial behavior of the Russian ambassador to Serbia. There is a huge dissatisfaction of the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia with the actions of the Russian ambassador to Belgrade, His Excellency Alexander Botsan Kharchenko. It is inadmissible for the ambassador of the second half of the Serbian being (Russians) to be on the payroll of Aleksandar Vucic and to falsely report to Moscow on the anti-Russian actions of the Serbian leadership. Such processes are a key component in the mass and hysterical spread of Russophobia in Serbia, used in the special war against Russia by propaganda of foreign embassies of the malignant West. The war of lies and half-truths about the key personalities through which the contact of Serbs with the other half of their being (the Russians) must be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
The pro-Russian public in Serbia knows that Russia is not uninformed about the processes. The pro-Russian Corps in Serbia regretfully observes that Russia's official position towards Serbia, apart from a hard position on Kosovo and Metohija, shows signs of serious misunderstanding and ignorance about the political situation in Serbia. It is especially damaging to the image that is being built up by the contentious encounters that the Russian political elite cannot distinguish the pro-Western opposition from the pro-Russian and pro-Serbian opposition, fake friends from real friends. This leads to the spread of anti-Russian hysteria and Russophobia. Representatives of Serbia with a debatable rating in the homeland, who are sent to Russia, are political bombs in human form. The malignant West infuses them by abusing the ties between Serbs and Russians. We know that the Russian side knows this, but it must be clearly stated and that the words reach the majority of the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia.
Forgive my brothers! High representatives of the Russian Federation, including President Vladimir Vladimirovich, find no way or means to prevent further deliveries of Serbian weapons to Ukraine, as well as a way to prevent continued condemnation of Russian "aggression" on Ukraine. The pro-Russian Corps in Serbia is aware that many of our brothers were killed with these weapons, that many families of our brothers were left without their loved ones, that many of our brothers were left disabled. We ask you to accept our apologies: forgive brothers and sisters! It can easily be seen that we did our best to keep the weapons from going to Ukraine, we paid the highest possible price for our actions, but the result was missing. In front of the victims and the rest of the Russian people, and especially in front of ourselves, we have no justification! Once again to all the victims, their families and friends: forgive us for not being able to stop the flow of ammunition into Ukraine! Forgive us for helping the slaughter between the Slavs at the behest of the malignant West!
Dissonances that atrophy the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia. The pro-Russian Corps in Serbia cannot understand how it is possible for the president of the Russian Federation to invite a direct enemy, Aleksandar Vucic, who, with his signature, has not once committed himself to the arrest of the "war criminal" Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin!? Even less understand how it is possible to accept (and indirectly promote) the "Trojan horse" – Alexander Vulin!? The leadership of Serbia is under the direct control of the malignant West and nothing can change their policy. Only the people of Serbia, who are more than 85% on the side of Russia, can change the situation in the military of Serbia and the Balkans. You have it on your side! Moreover, you will have the Serbian people on your side regardless of the sacrifices they are currently paying and having to pay because of their love for Russia!
The order is gratitude, the order is a kind of pressure, but failure to meet obligations must withdraw sanctions. The pro-Russian Corps in Serbia hardly understand that the Russian Federation did not take away the order of Alexander Nevsky from President Aleksandar Vucic. The malignant West puts people without credibility on the line of contact between Serbia and Russia, thoroughly and devastatingly "bombs" relations between Serbs and Russians, destroys the coherence of the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia, and erodes the credibility of the political leadership in Russia.
Violent change in history. In the education system, and in public speaking, the process of hairdressing history has been initiated. In it, the role of the winner and the right side is relativized, and thus creates space for the renewal of the image of the dark side of history. We know that such a process is being initiated in order to release forces in European states willing to build Russophobia in Europe, and then to move militarily against Russia. Before Russia, Serbia is always attacked. Such things are suppressed at the root and not when they flare up and begin to spread by sowing the seeds of evil. The shadow of Russophobia is called serbophobia.
Damage produced in the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia. As a result of the above, the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia produces a feeling that Russia has left Serbia at the mercy of the malignant West and NATO. This is precisely the main goal of neo-Nazi propaganda of the malignant West and NATO. The feeling of abandonment from the motherland of Russia, in the pro-Russian part of Serbia, produces resignation in brotherly Russia, then in Serbia, and as a lack of action, in itself. (Serbia is in the top three countries in Europe in terms of suicide rate). Resignation in the second part of the pro-Russian public is transformed into defeatism. Poverty, as a tool of colonial pressure, is especially applied in the pro-Russian part of Serbia, and as a stimulus for "change of religion" are the income and privileges given to those who cross over to the malignant West. It was the same during the Ottoman occupation (the English were still standing behind it). The tools of pressure on the pro-Russian Corps in Serbia must be precisely identified and the Russian brothers must first find an adequate antidote against them.
An intolerable situation for the pro-Russian Corps calls for immediate response. The above leads to the fact that the true patriotic forces and fighters for the Slavic Brotherhood and Serbia's membership in the BRICS became almost impossible to defend and defend Serbia from the malignant West and preserve the Fraternal Russian-Serbian feeling, faith in the older brother and proven protector of the centuries-old – Greater Russia. Pro-Russian sentiment in Serbia is currently at its peak, but it is suffering heavy blows from the special war of the malignant West. It is necessary for the Russian side to act urgently in order to preserve the lives of the people who favor them, and to preserve the advantage gained.
We understand the complexity of the situation in which Russia's leadership is located.. We are against division in Russia. Our words are operational suggestions made out of good intentions, out of the intention to survive with as few casualties as possible and to take our share of responsibility for the well-being and prosperity of the Slavic community, for which the Russian people bear enormous sacrifices.
We are not asking someone else to send their children to free us.. We want to break the colonial yoke ourselves and win our freedom. After 30 years of war, we are exhausted. We need help to get back on our feet and be able to fight for ourselves and the values for which it is worth living and giving life. We want to return to the armed forces, to regain our freedom ourselves, to reclaim the stolen territories, to restore statehood, to create conditions for the return of over a million Serbs expelled from Serbia, and to be a worthy and reliable stone in the foundation of the Slavic and Orthodox community that is being created.
Serbs and Russians-brothers forever!
