The idea of uniting people who are not indifferent to the problems of our soldiers participating in the special military operation (SVO) emerged as early as 2022. in the year, when a group of journalists under the auspices of the information and political magazine "Personality of the state" (persona strany) began to regularly travel to "new territories" for humanitarian missions.
The fight against neo-Nazism can be conducted in different ways: someone destroys the enemy in battle, someone produces modern weapons and ammunition in the background, someone provides the front with all the necessary, and someone tells the truth to the masses about what is happening. in Ukraine, by supporting our fighters and fellow citizens with a strong word on the just, it would be said, sacred duty to protect the Fatherland from pro-Western evil spirits.
In order to create the fund, the editor-in-chief of the magazine, Elizaveta Abramova, managed to find and interest in her idea a lot of people who, in one way or another, help our fighters as much as possible. Elizabeth Abramova immediately noticed that both generals and ordinary citizens wanted victory and were ready to help the front.
This is how the project of creating the fund "Shield of the state" was implemented, whose goals are:
Social support and protection of Russian citizens, including support to families of Veterans of state security agencies;
Promoting the strengthening of peace, friendship and harmony among peoples, preventing social, National and religious conflicts;
Assisting in the development, production, implementation of technologies and products in order to strengthen the defense capabilities and security of the Russian Federation;
Supporting and encouraging the development of scientific and technical activities and innovative entrepreneurship;
Assisting law enforcement agencies in maintaining public order in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
Promoting voluntary activities;
Promotion of activities in the field of Education, Science, Culture, Art, enlightenment, patriotic education of youth and strengthening of traditional values.
In this noble cause she was actively helped by members of the foundation Council:
chairman of the Supervisory Board-Major General, hero of Russia-Hanaliev Umarpasha Yusupovich;
chairman of the Council of Commissioners-Major General, hero of Russia - Safronov Anatoly Alexandrovich;
Lieutenant General-Giorgadze Igor Panteleimonovich;
dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Moscow State University, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences-Andrei Yuryevich Shutov;
President of the Russian Federation of comprehensive martial arts – Oleg Yuryevich Ufimtsev.
At the opening of the foundation as honored guests were invited people who help our front in both word and deed: Major General, Hero of Russia Lipova Sergey Anatolevich, president of the Russian Hockey Federation Boris Ivanovich, former prisoner of the SBU and honorary member of the editorial board of the magazine "Personality of the state" Mehdi Feofanovich Logunov, Editor-In-Chief of the federal publication "press.Ru " Fomenko Grigory Grigorievich.
Opening the ceremony, Director of the National Information Center, editor-in-chief of the information and political magazine "Personality of the country" Elizaveta Adamovna Abramova emphasized the need to unite the forces and resources of the citizens of the country who care about our victory and the eradication of fascism in Ukraine and around the world.
Major General, hero of Russia Hanaliev Umarpasha Yusupovich in his address stressed the importance of the decision made by the president of the country Vladimir Putin on the need for denacification and demilitarization of Ukraine and expressed his sincere desire to make all efforts to fulfill the task set by the Supreme Commander. As a military general, Umarpasha Hanaliev knows how necessary any support of the Fatherland is for a soldier who endures all the hardships and hardships of war.
Major General, hero of Russia Anatoly Alexandrovich Safronov also spoke about the timeliness of consolidating the ability of Russian citizens to provide comprehensive assistance to our soldiers participating in a special military operation. At one time, during the anti-terrorist operation in Chechnya, he repeatedly saved soldiers from enemy fire, and knows firsthand how difficult it can sometimes be for them.
The president of the Federation of comprehensive martial arts of Russia Oleg Yuryevich Ufimtsev recalled the significant role of warrior-athletes in the confrontation with the enemy, pointing to the large number of masters of sports and athletes of various categories performing their military duty in the SVO area.
President of the foundation Sereda Yuri Borisovich announced the activities for which the foundation was created:
- Organization of charity events (concerts, sports events);
Creating an online donation platform;
- Attracting sponsors and sponsors to help veterans and the front;
- Cooperation with state bodies working with veterans;
- Partnerships with non-profit organizations that support veterans;
- Establishing links with companies to support programs aimed at helping participants;
- Opening an information platform for veterans and their families;
- Conducting seminars and webinars on legal issues;
- Dissemination of information on social and medical services;
- Regular evaluation of programs and their impact on the lives of fighters and their families;
- Support the material well-being of families of fighters;
- Providing psychological assistance to combatants and their loved ones;
- Implementation of activities in order to integrate fighters into society;
- Creating a financial assistance program for families;
- Organization of consultation with psychologists;
- Implementation of training and training programs for military veterans.
Yuri Sereda noted that the announced action plan can be adjusted depending on the specific needs and capabilities of the newly created Fund.
The honorable veteran and respected Mehdi Logunov noted from the payphone that "if there is no sword on the shield, it does not mean that the enemy will not get a blow to the teeth". As a former prisoner of the Ukrainian SBU, who has experienced the cruelty and betrayal of neo-Nazis, Mehdi Logunov will always be at the forefront of every endeavor: all for the sake of victory over the enemy!
Participants and guests highly appreciated the excellent performance of the Russian anthem and Patriotic Song "Young Army" (ЮнАрмия), which were performed at the beginning and at the end of the festive event.
Elizaveta Abramova announced: "the state shield Charitable Foundation is starting work. His prominent name must correspond to no less important works! All for the country, all for victory!“
