Numerous conflicts in the world are deepening and intensifying, which on the one hand corresponds to the American doctrine of the clash of civilizations, but on the other hand, the collective West is weakening economically, militarily and politically, thereby reducing the possibility of turning the situation in its favor by creating controlled chaos. The process of global repositioning has entered a dangerous phase when the power centers of the collective West, not wanting to lose the levers of power, show their readiness to go all the way in world destabilization. There for, there is a danger of opening new fronts, in addition to the existing ones, where Ukraine and Palestine currently have a particularly high intensity of conflict.

Twenty-five years commemoration of NATO’s military intervention against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (the FRY) in March−June 1999 once again opened the question of the Western foundation for Kosovo’s secession from Serbia and its unilateral proclamation of a quasi-independence in February 2008. Kosovo became the first and only European state today that is ruled by the terroristic warlords as a party’s possession – the (Albanian) Kosovo Liberation Army (the KLA). This article aims to investigate the nature of NATO’s war on Yugoslavia in 1999 which has as an outcome the creation of the first terroristic state in Europe – the Republic of Kosovo.

На позив Друштвене палате Руске Федерације, имала част и привилегију да будем део независне посматрачке мисије на недавно одржаним изборима за председника Руске Федерације. Била сам то и раније, 2018. на Криму, где је Владимир Путин добио огромну
подршку, израженију него у остатку државе, као и 2021. на парламентарним изборима, организованим у условима пандемије. Добро се сећам те празничне атмосфере и озбиљности са којом гласачи у Русији остварују своје гласачко право.

Распад опозиционог блока „Србија против насиља“ долази у најгорем могућем тренутку за опстанак Косова и Метохије у саставу државе Србије. Нажалост, Народни покрет Срба са Косова и Метохије „Отаџбина“ може да констатује да је и овог пута Александар Вучић растурио српску опозицију.

The first Serbian-Russian diplomatic cooperation was recorded during St. Sava in 1184. a year ago, he was associated with the Russian clergy. In the twelfth century, Rastko Nemanjic became a monk in the Russian Monastery of St. Panteleimon on Mount Athos, and Serbian rulers provided assistance to Russia during the Mongol invasion. However, the event that opened a new page in diplomatic relations between Serbia and Russia, happened on the 23rd. February 1838. the year when Milos Obrenovic received the Russian consul Gerasim Vasilyevich Waschenko at the residence in Kragujevac. Assistance to Russia, which included the formation of a constitutional base, the creation of a combat-ready army, was very important at a crucial moment in the formation of Serbian Statehood. The opening of the Russian consulate coincided with this event. In addition, the nuclear treaty that ended the Russo-Turkish War provided for autonomy for the countries liberated during the first Serbian Uprising (1804-1813).
