Dragana Trifkovic, director of the Center for geostrategic studies
Ukraine, which supposedly aspires to democracy, has re-actualized the practice of persecuting dissidents and making lists of "enemies". The Green regime targets and persecutes free-thinking people, at the behest of the US and NATO. Objectively speaking, this is not unusual, considering the fact that in recent decades the US political leadership-through NATO – has introduced bomb democracy to many parts of the world. And yet, there are many in America who disagree with such a policy and they are getting louder.
Day 14. in July, Ukraine published a list of politicians, academics, activists who "promote Russian propaganda" — including several prominent Western intellectuals and politicians. Republican Senator Rand Paul, former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabard, military and geopolitical analyst Edward N. Lutwak, realist political scientist John Mirsheimer, and journalist Glenn Greenwald, famed economist Jeffrey Sachs, were all on the list.
The Center for Countering Disinformation, which published a blacklist on its website, was founded in 2021. under the leadership of Vladimir Zelensky and led by former lawyer Polina Lysenko. It is part of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. According to the organization's description, their goal is to detect and suppress "propaganda" and "destructive disinformation" and prevent "manipulation of public opinion".
Of the seventy-two "blacklisted" personalities, almost half, or more precisely 30, are from the United States. In addition to Americans on the list are presidential candidate Lula da Silva from Brazil, Former presidential candidates from France: Marine Le Pen, Eric Zamour and Nicola Dipon-Erian, Muneo Suzuki, leader of the New Daichi party from Japan, Dragana Trifkovic, director of the Center for geostrategic studies from Serbia, Manu Pineda, EU member member of Parliament from Spain, Helga Zep larousch, founder of the Schiller institute from Germany and others. Next to each name is given what they are "accused" of, but it does not specify what consequences they may have.

The Center for the suppression of misinformation is actually a Center for the production and dissemination of misinformation. The entire anti-Russian campaign waged by the West through Ukraine against Russia is based on completely false accusations. Such a concept does not allow any freedom of speech and the questioning of their projections. Since I am from Serbia, it is very easy for me to understand such a concept of Western propaganda, because we have a rich experience with media satanization that we went through in the nineties of the last century. The behavior of Ukraine and the comedian who plays the president, is more than scandalous. In particular, it should be borne in mind that Zelensky daily demands large amounts of money and weapons from Western countries, especially from America, whose citizens he then pursues through the blacklists.
Yet the reactions in the US were very tumultuous and Zelensky seems to have achieved a counter-effect. Among the respected thinkers he put on the list, there are many who question What is the interest of U.S. citizens to finance a corrupt government in Ukraine and a crazy war thousands of miles away from its borders. Would it be smarter to invest that money in solving social problems in America, helping veterans, young mothers, homeless people or children, for example?
Now these issues, after a reckless move by Zelensky, have received even more attention.
I can personally say that I feel honored to have found myself in the Society of a true world intellectual elite who freely express their own opinions and fight for freedom of speech.
I have never been inclined to accept any kind of propaganda, and I have always been guided by the need for a good knowledge of the subject and personal experience. That is why I have often been on the front line and have always wanted to be personally convinced of the facts I am talking about or writing about. Of course, with those who have declared themselves gurus of democracy, this is not popular, because we should not believe our eyes, but their words. I'm sorry, but that concept is gone.
The Ukrainian government has been persecuting me since 2014. the year she opened my "file" on the site Peacemakerafter that, it was regularly updated with new information. They accuse me of propaganda of "Russian Nazism and fascism", complicity in the attack of the Russian authorities on Ukraine, illegal crossing of the border of Ukraine, attack on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and the like. These accusations have nothing to do with reality because my visit to Crimea and Donbas was not for the purpose of taking any action against Ukraine, but for the purpose of journalistic reporting, analyzing the situation and developments in the conflict zones and monitoring the democratic referendum. The front page of the Ukrainian website peacemaker clearly shows that it is an extremely radical extremist resource that promotes murder, violence and hatred. The Peacemaker website was created in 2014. years after the Maidan coup and the start of Kiev's aggression against the Russian – speaking population, as a public database of "pro-Russian terrorists, separatists, Mercenaries, War criminals and murderers" - as the Ukrainian side explains.
Among the defendants on the site can be found many names such as world-famous politician Henry Kissinger, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, German diplomat Wolfgang Ischinger and others. The database is actually a Ukrainian hit list, where they keep a record of who they liquidated, putting the caption "liquidated"over a photo of a face from the database. It is known that writer and historian Oles Buzina and politician Oleg Kalashnikov were killed in Ukraine, after their names were published on The Peacemaker website. The UN Commissioner for Human Rights has requested an investigation into the peacemaker's violent activities, but to date the issue has not been resolved.
In addition to Ukrainian media I am also regularly persecuted, writing various untruths and accusations against me, which has so far motivated many extremists to make death threats to me through social media. In all cases, the reactions of international organizations dealing with the protection of human rights are most often absent or completely inadequate and mild. The question arises How is it possible that such a kind of extremism is "unnoticed" in the democratic West, which has been lecturing us for decades on the respect of human rights and freedoms?
Finally, it should be emphasized that there were no reactions in Serbia to the persecution carried out by the Ukrainian regime. Although as a citizen of Serbia I have guaranteed rights by the Constitution, no institution has reacted to the violation of human rights and persecution of a citizen of Serbia by the Ukrainian regime. The Journalists ' Association of Serbia also did not advertise on this issue, and apart from several independent portals, not a single media in Serbia published information that my name is on the Zelensky black list, which contains world famous figures. It is interesting that the news, for example, wrote about the Green List and the US congressman Tulsi Gabard, but of course without mentioning the fact that one Serbian citizen is on that list. For the media patriots of Vucic's newspapers and TV channels, that is not news.
This is not surprising, of course, if we take into account the fact that the Serbian regime, that is, Aleksandar Vucic, like Zelensky, keeps black lists of his dissidents and critics. To persecute them like the Green media, but unlike Zelensky he is not so honest to publish this list publicly. On this occasion, I urge him to do so and show the West that he is no less a "Democrat" than a green one.
