The Russian Federation is now 10. September 2023. a single day of voting. Citizens can freely express their will and elect representatives at different levels of government. A single voting day is usually held on a Sunday or public holiday to ensure maximum voter availability. The law in the Russian Federation provides for the organization and implementation of voting in elections in both a one-day and multi-day format. Thus, in Moscow, Moscow Oblast and other regions this year elections are held three days in a row – from 8. to 10. September, including a single day of voting.
In the USA 8. in November, elections are held for the House of Representatives and a third of the Senate. Most American voters consider this election extremely important for the future of the country. The elections are held halfway through President Biden's term, whose popularity is very low. In large part, by voting in the upcoming elections, voters will assess President Biden's previous work, which represents the politics of the Democratic Party. Society in America is polarized, and the atmosphere is quite tense due to Great Discontent. According to Reuters and Ipsos surveys in August this year, as many as 69% of Americans think the state is going in the wrong direction. First of all, Americans are unhappy with the economic situation, which is problematic in terms of high inflation, which continues to grow, resulting in high prices of energy and food. On the other hand, the US central bank (Federal Reserve) is constantly raising interest rates, making it difficult to buy homes, cars and other goods. President Biden failed to improve the economic situation after the pandemic, which was one of the election promises. This factor may play a decisive role in how voters will vote.
National Movement of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija "Fatherland"
The holding of parliamentary elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in Kosovo and Metohija is under great question. Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija have come to this position that they cannot vote for the president and deputies in their country precisely because of the disastrous national and state policy of Aleksandar Vucic, i.e. "ACA Serbs".
The famous anti-communist dissident from Ulcinj, Kaplan Burovic, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for making an allusion to the Albanian dictator Enver Hoxha in his novel. Because of the poem "Bojana", Burović was also imprisoned in Tito's prison. The smuggling regime of Milo Djukanovic dealt with intellectuals by similar methods. The year 2018. entry to Montenegro is prohibited to academician Matija Bećković, historians Antić and Raković, as well as the author of this article. President Vučić did not stand for the protection of his citizens. Apart from the press conference, he did nothing. Đukanović's regime, encouraged by such (in)reaction, in the style of its main ideologue Bebe Popović (who in 2003 banned the newspaper " Dan " in Serbia), bans entry even to musicians from the Belgrade trade union and Vlado Georgiev.

A country with a contentious border and strong interest groups within the government itself rarely has the opportunity for a relaxed, relaxed election process where arguments from roughly balanced parties are met on the mainstream media. Knowing all this, no one expected, at the time of the election, that this campaign would be any different. We expected a further confusing policy in Kosovo, we expected new illegal migrants and media that stick to their agenda by combining events that fit best. We did not expect the coming elections to diminish the real fears we live with, which TV channels either do not talk about or do so in a manipulative way.
