The conference was organized by the Department of internal policy of the Bryansk Oblast and the branch of the Academy of national security and state administration under the president of the Russian Federation.
The plenary session of the conference was held on 21. Martha in the Crystal Hall of the Government of the Bryansk Oblast.
Speakers at the conference were: Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Oblast Alexander Korobko, deputy chairman of the Bryansk Oblast Duma Anatoly Bugayev, head of the Department of Public Relations of the Bryansk diocese hieromonk Kornily. The moderator of the conference was the director of the Bryansk branch of the Academy of national security and Public Administration under the president of the Russian Federation Sergey Shachnev.
