When America is interested in the state of human rights — the state usually owns oil !

The problem of Venezuela is similar to the problem of Serbia at the beginning of the century — Whatever happens, it will be bad for Venezuela. America has no vision of a democratic and prosperous Venezuela. They have the vision of a satellite, rich in oil, and we see the countries where the US had the vision pass through. All these countries are "former". They are all divided in the long term, there is no peace in them all.
