 The famous anti-communist dissident from Ulcinj, Kaplan Burovic, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for making an allusion to the Albanian dictator Enver Hoxha in his novel. Because of the poem "Bojana", Burović was also imprisoned in Tito's prison. The smuggling regime of Milo Djukanovic dealt with intellectuals by similar methods. The year 2018. entry to Montenegro is prohibited to academician Matija Bećković, historians Antić and Raković, as well as the author of this article. President Vučić did not stand for the protection of his citizens. Apart from the press conference, he did nothing. Đukanović's regime, encouraged by such (in)reaction, in the style of its main ideologue Bebe Popović (who in 2003 banned the newspaper " Dan " in Serbia), bans entry even to musicians from the Belgrade trade union and Vlado Georgiev.

Председник Србије Vučić је 6. јуна 2020. у интервју за ТВ Прва изјавио да ће позвати председника Црне Горе Ђукановића у посету када прођу избори. Позив је уследио само пар недеља након хапшења владике Јоаникија и још 8 свештеника у Никшићу, употребе силе у Пљевљима, Никшићу, Андријевици, пребијања малолетника и жена и извођења војске из касарни.

Млађан Ђорђевић, бивши савјетник предсједника Србије, Бориса Тадића рекао је да лидери Демократског фронта (ДФ) Андрија Мандић и Милан Кнежевић учествују у игри у којој предсједници Црне Горе и Србије Мило Ђукановић и Александар Вучић помажу један другом.

Ђорђевић, бивши савјетник предсједника Србије Бориса Тадића, рекао је да предсједник Црне Горе Мило Ђукановић помаже предсједнику Србије Александру Вучићу да се представи као заштитник Срба и Српске православне цркве (СПЦ), а да Вучић узвраћа Ђукановићу истом мјером.

At the Census of population in Montenegro in 1909. 95% of the population identified themselves as Serbs by nationality. There was no such thing as black nationality. Only 39 years later, at the 1948 census. 91% of the population declared themselves to be Montenegrins by nationality. Such a radical break occurred after World War II, The Fall of the monarchy and the coming of the communists to power. In addition to Montenegro, Yugoslav nationality also appeared then, so it is on the 1981 census. in Montenegro there were 69% Montenegrins, 6% Yugoslavs and 3% Serbs (other Albanians, Muslims, Croats and Roma). Before the separation of Montenegro from Serbia, which was realized by a very questionable referendum from 2006. in the 2003 census. in the Republic of Montenegro there were 43% Montenegrins, 32% Serbs and no Yugoslavs. This shows that the breakup of Yugoslavia influenced the return of Serbian identity in Montenegro. Although at the time of Yugoslavia, Montenegrin nationality was absolutely the majority formally represented, in reality people considered it a subset of Serbian national identity. Although at that time there was a structure of people that harbored aversion to such an interpretation, it was not in the majority.

After Kosovo and Montenegro, the focus of US policy will again be BiH, i.e. Republika Srpska. The ultimate goal of Washington's new diplomatic offensive will be to reduce Russian influence in the Balkans, Dejan Mirovic, a professor at the Faculty of law in Kosovska Mitrovica, believes, stressing that the process will go “step by step”.

First, they destroyed the Serbian resistance in Kosovo and Metohija. They imposed the Brussels agreement, abolished the Serbian police, judiciary and civil protection and are now completing their plan in this southern Serbian province. Montenegro's turn has come, and Republika Srpska will become Washington's new target after it, because Serbs are the strongest there. I assume they will try to further degrade the competences of the institutions of Republika Srpska. Therefore, Milorad Dodik will find himself under a barrage of fire and pressure from the Western power centers. And this is not because he is a Russian obedient servant, as he is called in the West, but because Dodik is one of the biggest advocates of the original Dayton Agreement – Mirovic pointed out in an interview for “Glas Srpske”.
