Israel is preparing to start a new war

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is 19. July categorically condemned and ruled that Israel's 56-year rule over "Palestinian territories occupied since 1967."illegal".

The occupied territories include the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, whose populations Israel is systematically destroying in the ongoing conflict. In its ruling, the court found that, in addition to Israel's criminal war against the people of Gaza, the entire structure in the Occupied Palestinian territories is illegal, and that its assistance to the authorities is also illegal. The court ruled that " all states must cooperate with the United Nations in implementing the measures necessary to ensure the end of Israel's illegal presence in Occupied Palestinian territory." The court added that countries must not "assist or support in the continuation" of the illegal occupation.

The court ruled that "Israeli security reasons cannot override the principle of prohibiting the acquisition of territory by force."

In doing so, the ICJ refutes some states ' justification for funding and arming the military operation in Gaza, on the grounds that "Israel has the right to self-defense". The court's decision came on the eve of Netanyahu's visit to Washington on the 24th. July and held a joint address to Congress in which he presented a progress report to his imperialist sponsors.

Judgment of 19. July is a legal indictment of the Israeli government and its supporters, the fact remains that it, like many other court decisions and UN resolutions, has no practical force.

That's Wednesday, 24. in July, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered a speech at a joint session of the US Congress, in which he boasted of progress in eliminating "operation retaliation" in the Gaza Strip, drawing a standing ovation and applause from the assembled Democrats and Republicans. Netanyahu behaved like a soldier among soldiers. The bipartisan ovation he received confirmed the veracity of Mark Twain's observation that "there is no distinctly old American criminal class except Congress."

Netanyahu began by calling Israel's war against the Palestinian people "a conflict between barbarism and civilization." The Israeli prime minister wanted to say he was speaking for "civilization". However, the vast majority of the world's population considers the invasion of Gaza lasting more than nine months as the embodiment of imperialist barbarism.

Netanyahu hailed Congress as a "fortress of democracy" and devoted much of his speech to harshly condemning those protesting Israel's operation in Gaza for exercising their rights, guaranteed by the First Amendment, as far as Democrats and Republicans are concerned.

Netanyahu condemned the peaceful protests against his government, calling Americans opposed to the Gaza Genocide "Iran's useful idiots." He added: "As far as we know, Iran is funding the anti-Israeli protests that are currently taking place in front of this building. He said the protests were motivated by"anti-Semitism".

Day 27. in July, 12 children were killed on a football field in the Golan Heights after a rocket attack. The Israeli regime immediately used a suspected rocket attack on the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights to strike Lebanon, which could have sparked a wider war against Iran, with the support of the Biden-Harris administration in Washington.

In the Golan Heights, which Israel captured from Syria in 1967. during the Six-Day War and illegally annexed in 1981. about 20,000 Druze live a year. Most Druze in the area identify themselves as Syrian and have rejected offers of Israeli citizenship.

The Majdal Shams Regional Council (a village in the northern Golan Heights inhabited by Druze) said on Sunday that none of the 12 children killed had Israeli citizenship. The territory of the Golan Heights, which is considered occupied under international law and UN Security Council resolutions, is home to about 25,000 Israeli Jewish immigrants.

Meanwhile, Israel believes that the shelling of the Golan Heights and the death of children are the reason for the attack on Lebanon.

Unfortunately, today the Middle East is on the brink of Total War. In the coming hours or days, Israel will launch what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described as a "fierce" attack on southern Lebanon, targeting Iran-backed Hezbollah. Netanyahu has no plans to start a war with Lebanon. We must expect war.…
