Dejan Mirovic: Artificial analogy between Ukraine and Kosovo

In connection with the tragic events in Ukraine, in Serbia and in the West, in a Russophobic context, an artificial analogy is made between the NATO aggression against the FRY in 1999 and the war in Ukraine, as well as the secession of the so-called Kosovo and the independence of the DNR and LNR. However, the legal facts show that this is not true. On the contrary, there is room for a completely different comparison. NATO, major Western countries and the so-called Kosovo for more than 20 years, do not respect the UN Security Council Resolution 1244, which is binding on all States under international law.

US President Donald Trump received the leaders of Serbia and Kosovo at the White House. What results did the parties achieve at the Washington meeting?

“Firstly, the agreement signed in Washington between Belgrade and Pristina does not correspond to the interests of the Republic of Serbia and its international position on any point. The biggest winner of the agreement reached is Israel, which, in my opinion, was a mediator in the harmonisation and agreement between the two sides and Washington. Serbian President Aleksandr Vucic, through the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, in March this year agreed on part of the commitments, including the opening of Serbia’s diplomatic and economic mission in Jerusalem, which is a violation of international law and UN Security Council Resolution 478.

The Trump Administration’s Success in Kosovo Is a Historic Disaster for Serbs

No one expected that the meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and separatist Kosovo leader Hashim Thaçi scheduled for June 27th in Washington would be canceled. Moreover, the significance of this meeting in official circles, both in Belgrade and in Pristina, was discussed with great optimism. Thus, on June 18th, Thaçi told the Pristina media that this is a historic meeting that will turn the course of the peaceful settlement of the Kosovo issue, and that the agreement to be signed will “once and for all close the century-old chapter of conflicts between Serbia and Kosovo”.

Mr. Oehme, you are a representative of the opposition party Alternative for Germany (AfD) in the Bundestag. This is a party that in recent years has received increasing support from voters in Germany who are dissatisfied with the policy of the authorities. What problems does German society face and what defines it so that it can trust the opposition? On the other hand, what is your main objection to the authorities as an opposition politician?

In Germany, we have been observing violations of the law by the respective federal government for years. These violations began with the bailout of Greece in 2010. The EU treaties of Lisbon stipulated that the community of states was not liable for the debts of member states. The emergency loans to Greece broke the Lisbon Treaties with the help of the German government. But that was not all. With the decision to open the borders for refugees in 2015, Chancellor Angela Merkel violated the current provisions of the Schengen Agreements. As a result of this decision, almost 2 million migrants flocked into our social system in search of one. For the most part there were no refugees like the media of the German population tried to persuade us. This influx was associated with a significant increase in crime. The mood among the population tilted between 2015 from large consent to the rejection of immigration. The AfD was the only party that, since its foundation in 2013, has constantly pointed out existing problems and misguided developments in German society. Since September 2017 I have been part of the AfD Parliamentary Group in the German Bundestag. Here we as opposition can force the governing parties to adopt our positions. We know that in the short term we will not gain majorities for our own legislative changes, but we can always put our fingers in the sore spots.

New Format for Discussing Kosovo

MOSCOW, October 31 (Sputnik) – Russia could take on the role of mediator in talks between Serbia and Kosovo, the deputy chairman of the Russian lower house’s committee on international affairs, Alexey Chepa, told Sputnik on Thursday.

 

„If bilateral talks fail [to settle the problem], we need to engage a third party who will manage to skirt contentious issues. Russia could become a potential third party to the negotiations [between Serbia and Kosovo],“ the lawmaker stressed.

Пре неки дан, руски министар спољних послова Сергеј Лавров прокоментарисао је говор премијера Јерменије Николе Пашињана, осуђујући га. Као што знате, Никол Пашињан, који је био у окупираном Карабаху, рекао је да је „Карабах Јерменија“.

Шеф руског министарства спољних послова повукао је паралеле, напомињући да је то еквивалентно чињеници да у Албанији кажу да је „Косово Албанија“, што је неприхватљиво.

Јерменско министарство спољних послова реаговало је давањем изјаве. Лавровове речи назване су „селективном и једностраном оценом“.

Избори на Косову: нека се председник љути на себе

Чули смо чињенично тачан коментар председника Вучића: Српска листа поводом избора на Косову изложена је терору и прогону. И још: Албанци су нашли своје Србе које ће на сваки начин помоћи да преузму улогу Српске листе. И још много чега, кажемо, чињенично тачног.

Али, чињеница је и то да су људи са Српске листе све до одступања Харадинајеве владе били њени чланови и да би највероватније то и остали да није дошло до њеног распуштања. Чији су, пак, то Срби били. Ја бих рекао – и Вучећеви и Харадинајеви; први их је направио као Србе за специјалне потребе, а други их прихватио у истом својству. Било је то на основу договора који је исходио из Првог бриселског споразума (април, 2013).

Вучић Косовом жели да отплати свој долазак на власт

У обраћању Квинте Београду и Приштини речено је да „статус кво“ по косовском питању није одржив. Како можемо да тумачимо само ово обраћање и значи ли констатација о неодрживости статуса кво серију нових притисака на Београд?

Преговори о Косову и Метохији у режији Брисела нису донели никаквог успеха. Због тога је потпуно погрешно да земље Запада игноришу ову чињеницу и да настављају у покушају да проблем реше насилним путем. Суштинска ствар је у врло простим чињеницама, а то су да је читав косовски проблем створен насиљем, како албанских сепаратиста и екстремиста, тако и агресијом западних сила 1999. године. Ако говоримо о мировном решењу, оно не може да буде базирано на наставку насиља, што Бриселски преговори по мом мишљењу јесу.

Драгана Трифковић: Резолуција 1244 – ноћна мора Александра Вучића

Лошом и исхитреном одлуком да подржи Хилари Клинтон, као кандидата на председничким изборима у САД 2016. године, довела је Александра Вучића у крајње незгодну позицију. Он је у америчкој предизборној кампањи 2016. године био гост Клинтон фондације, када је подржао кандидатуру Хилари Клинтон са два милиона долара. Након победе Доналда Трампа на председничким изборима у САД, Вучић је покушао да релативизује своју подршку Хилари Клинтон и да истакне у први план контакте са политичарима из Трампове администрације. Иако покушава да превари јавност, није успео да превари себе. Александар Вучић би све учинио да може да избрише епизоду у којој седи на столици са усиљеним осмехом на лицу, док га Бил Клинтон цинично тапше по леђима. Да ствар буде гора, Доналд Трамп је више пута позивао специјалног тужиоца да испита криминалне делатности Фондације Клинтон за коју постоје основане сумње да је нелегалним путем стицала средства од којих је финансирала криминалне активности одређених групација. Иако још увек није дошло до судског епилога у том случају, ФБИ и даље води истрагу против Клинтонових, који су у међувремену оптужени за нове афере.
